Run for RARA Virtual 5k

The Generals' Women's Lacrosse Team invites you to join us in a Virtual 5k to support Rockbridge Area Relief Association (RARA). While the students of Washington and Lee might not be able to be in Lexington, we offer this opportunity as a way to connect with one another again to help those in the Rockbridge area. All proceeds will be donated to RARA, a non-for-profit organization that aims to alleviate hunger and poverty in Lexington and the surrounding area. During this time of economic uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, RARA is key to the Rockbridge community as a provider of emergency relief. Through their HelpLine, Food Pantry and the Homelessness Prevention programs, RARA provides economic and emotional relief to individuals and families temporarily struggling to fulfill basic human requirements. We hope that you run with us to give back to an area that is so close all of our hearts. Additionally, we ask you to please run inside or maintain social distance if you choose to run outdoors.
