Description

On Saturday October 15th (2:30 pm) at Crosswhite Athletic Club, a self-defense class will be provided for women runners. The martial arts academy NOMAD Jiu-Jitsu will demonstrate and instruct self-protection techniques to the first 16 women that signup. The cost is $20 per person and $10 for Lynchburg Road Runners members.
