Get ready for THE RTB TRIPLE, a fun, high-energy fitness challenge at Raise the Bar Fitness that's open to EVERYONE!

Whether you're a seasoned athlete, just getting started, or looking for a fun challenge with friends and family, this event is for you!

GO SOLO OR BUILD YOUR TEAM! 💪

Take on all three events yourself, or grab two teammates and split the work! Teams can include RTB members, non-members, friends, and family. Everyone is welcome!

THE CHALLENGE
🏃 5K RUN
🚣 5K ROW
🚴 15K BIKE

Teams of 3: Each teammate completes one of the activity. Choose your strengths, divide up the challenges, and work together toward the finish! All teammates start on their activity at the same time. 

Solo Athletes: Think you've got what it takes? Complete all three events yourself!

8:00 AM — Gym opens for check-in and warm-ups

9:00 AM — First heat begins
