Run, Walk, & Wheel a 5K and show support for the MedStar NRH Adaptive Sports athletes!!  Whether it's your first 5K, or you are trying to set your personal best, join us! 

When:
Sunday, September 20, 2026
8:00 am

Where:
We will host our live event at OneLife Fitness Tysons (8250 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102). Or runners/walkers/wheelers have the option to participate in any location and record and report their results within a week's time. Athletes will have the opportunity to put their disciplined training to use, with the added convenience of completing their race mileage right where they are.

Highlights:
SuperH is also creating challenges and activities throughout the virtual race week to make the event fun and engaging. Details will follow and be on their social media networks and website.

What we support:
Your participation supports the Adaptive Sports programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, which helps children and adults with physical disabilities to pursue healthy, active lifestyles through recreational and competitive sports. 

Registration Fee:
5K Adult: $35 through July 31
                $40 August 1 - September 11
                $45 September 12  - September 20 (race day)
5K 13 & Under: $25 through July 31
                          $30 August 1 - September 11
                          $35 September 12 - September 20 (race day
Fun Run:  $25 through September 20 (race day)               

Virtual: $45

Virtual participants can run, walk, or wheel anytime and anywhere up until September 14 and promote their times and distance on Instagram and Facebook with #SuperH2025. Race packets will be mailed for Virtual participants. 

Online registration will remain open through Race Day. All registrations must be done online. 

Swag: A commemorative short-sleeve cotton race shirt.

Packet pick up will be at the race site, OneLife Fitness (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA 22102), Sunday, September 20, starting at 6:45 am.
