Event Description
Start your Friday with movement, purpose, and meaningful connection. Join a group of men for a relaxed 3-mile social run, followed by coffee and a guided conversation led by Paul Conley. Together, we’ll explore a simple but powerful question: What are you running toward in your life and health?
This event is designed as a strong close to the work week - an opportunity to move your body, reset your mindset, and connect with other men who value growth, consistency, and community. Whether you are working toward a specific goal or simply showing up for yourself, you will leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more focused heading into the weekend.
