Description
Westmoreland State Park is going to the dogs. The Friends of Westmoreland State Park hosts the second annual Dog'n Jog at Westmoreland State Park. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Westmoreland County Animal Shelter. Registration begins at 8 am and the fun run will begin at 9 am. The race is $30 per dog and $20 per each additional dog (additional dogs unavailable to be paid for online due to website limitations, please bring cash or check to event). The first 50 registrants will receive a free T Shirt. Vendors, veterinarians, and K9 demonstrations will be onsite. Pets must be kept on a 6ft leash at all times. Dog(s) must be up to date on rabies vaccine. Please contact the park at (804) 493-8821 for further details.
