Description
Kick off the holiday season in a bold way with the Bold Blitzen 5K! Bold Rock elves will be there whipping up a fun recipe of award-winning hard cider, live music and tasty treats from the kitchen. Expect a flat course with beautiful views, an awesome performance tee and finisher glass, and Bold Rock at the finish. Teams are the way to go, with Bold Rock swag for the biggest team and best costumes! Walker, doggo and all-terrain stroller-friendly.

REGISTRATION
- $35 - until 11/14/24
- $45 - 11/15/24 - 12/6/24
- $50 - 12/7/24
NEW for 2024 - opt out of an event shirt and save $5.
Participants registered on or before Sunday, November 17 are guaranteed an event shirt. A limited number of extra shirts will be given out by date of registration at packet pickup.
Registrants will be emailed event-specific info and race day details just prior to race day.
TEAMS
Rally the troops and run or walk as a team on race day! All sizes and skill levels of groups are welcome, but we consider a complete team to be 2 or more participants. Create or join a team during registration. Biggest team and best team costumes wins a Bold Rock prize!
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Invite your friends to join you at the Bold Blitzen 5K. If you get 4 friends to sign up using your special referral link (which you receive in your confirmation email after you register), you'll get a $10 refund as our Thank You!
COURSE
This out-and-back course is easy and flat with gorgeous views in every direction! It's mostly pavement with some gravel. Walker and Fido-friendly; all-terrain strollers welcome. Course Map

POST-RACE
After you cross the finish line, it's time to celebrate!
- A pint of Bold Rock Hard Cider is included for all participants over 21
- A complimentary glass of non-alcoholic sparkling cider is included for children and adults under 21
- Use the Beverage Ticket attached to your race bib to pick up your glass and cider
- Please bring proper ID to partake
AWARDS
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers, and to 1st place finishers in the following age groups, below. Winners over 21 win a 6-pack of Bold Rock Hard Cider, and winners under 21 will receive a bottle of sparkling cider. Winners must be present at the Awards ceremony to receive their award.

REFUNDS | TRANSFERS
There are NO refunds. Runner transfers (transferring your race entry to another runner) are allowed. Please email your request two weeks before race day.
WEATHER
If there is severe weather that makes the course unsafe for runners, we will postpone the event to the following day. We will notify participants via email and will post this information on the website and Facebook pages. Please make sure you can make both dates, as there are no refunds.
