Jamison’s Buddies- Walk Against Bullying

FCCLA (Family, Career, Community Leaders of America) is holding an anti-bullying walk for their Stop the Violence National project.

Join us on Saturday, March 9th when our community will begin walking from the Orange County High School County (OCHS) and towards Boxley Lane and on through to Red Hill Road.  The walk will end at the OCHS courtyard.

This walk is to remember that bullying is not a way to treat our peers.  As a way to help create awareness of bullying, we are raising money for a local child who has been affected by bullying.  All of the money raised will go towards his medical expenses.  All participants are encouraged to sign an Anti-Bullying Pledge.  This pledge reads: I ____________ pledge to not bully.  I pledge to report bullying if I see it and if I am being bullied I pledge to tell an adult, teacher, or someone that I trust.  We Are Not Alone.

Online registrations accepted through 3/8/2019 until 3:00pm.  Day of registration 11:00am-11:45am.  Walk will begin at 12:00 p.m.

Registration can also be made in person via check (payable: OCHS- memo: FCCLA bully walk) in the OCHS front office between 8am-3pm Monday thru Friday.
