Bunny Hop 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Run

The Portsmouth Museums Foundation is pleased to announce our 10th annual Bunny Hop 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in support of the Children’s Museum of Virginia! 

After the 5K, join us in the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion for fun family activities, dancing, and refreshments.  Of course, we'll also have the Awards Ceremony! 

It's time to gather up family and friends and enjoy a flat, fast, picturesque course along the Portsmouth waterfront.

Date:   Saturday, April 12, 2025

Time:  1 Mile begins at 8:00 am
             5k Walk/ Run begins at 8:30 am

Early Packet Pick-up:  Friday, April 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. at The Children's Museum of VA. 

Race Day Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up Opens @ Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion, 16 Crawford Circle in Portsmouth.

7:40 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up for 1 Mile Family Fun Run Closes.

8:00 a.m. - 1 Mile Family Fun Run Begins.

8:10 a.m. - Registration and Packet Pick-up for 5k Closes.

8:30 a.m. - 5k Walk Begins.

8:30 a.m. - 5k Run Begins.
