Event Parking: Use the City Hall Parking Garage and/or Water Street Parking Lot. Enter the parking garage from Columbia Street. Once on Columbia Street, pass City Hall and veer right. Follow behind City Hall to the entrance of the garage - you will see a yellow sign for the entrance. The Water Street lot is on the left.
