All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative Firecracker 5K for the Troops presented by Leidos race shirt, a unique race bib, a one-of-a-kind medal, post-race snacks, free race day photos, and a digital finisher certificate!
Free Photos
Smile! Your race photos are free to download after the event. Just keep your bib visible on the front of your outfit so we can tag your pics!
Packet Pickup
Stop by =PR= Reston for packet pickup and turn it into your pre-race prep stop! Pick up your shirt and bib, browse summer gear, and grab your race-day must-haves!
Tot Trot
The tot trot will be a couple hundred yards long and will begin at 9am. All participants will receive a bib and medal! Registration is free and onsite the day of the race.
Awards
- Top 3 overall male & female finishers
- Top 3 male & female age group finishers in 5-year increments from 14 & under through 80+.
Results
The live race will be timed by Commonwealth Race Management and will be electronically timed using the ChronoTrack B disposable tag system. Results will be available immediately after the race.
Race Day Parking
Free garage parking available on weekends/holidays at Reston Town Center.
Restrooms
Portable restrooms will be located on Library Street, just off of Freedom Drive.
