We've Got Your Back is going Virtual 5K 2025. Runners will have the opportunity to run or walk anytime between October 19 - October 31. 

The We’ve Got Your Back Virtual 5K is more than a race — it’s a nationwide movement to shine a spotlight on spine health. Whether you run, walk, or roll, every mile you complete supports awareness, research, and advocacy for millions living with spine conditions.

REGISTRATION FEES
5K: $45 through race day
14 & Under 5K: $35 through race day
1 Mile Fun Run: $35 through race day

All registration fees include shipping.
