AMC Technology - Virtual 5K

Team AMC!  We are promoting a virtual 5k race this fall for all employees and their immediate family.   Let's get outside together to run/walk the 3.1 miles. 

You will have from 5 a.m. on Saturday, October 24th to Sunday, November 1st at 5:00 p.m. to complete your 5k and log your results in the run signup website.  This site should upload your time however, please use your Fitbit, Garmin, or other tracking device (smart phone) to submit your time manually.  Tonya Austin or Rosemary Branch can also log your time in the system if needed, you would need to send a picture of your time from your tracking device.

Remember the total is 3.1 miles - Go Run - Walk, Have Fun!
