Description
This workshop is designed for runners over 40 who want to stay strong, mobile, and injury-resistant for years to come. You’ll learn how aging impacts running performance, which injuries are most common in masters athletes, and the training adjustments that make the biggest difference. Then we’ll head into a hands-on movement lab to practice targeted mobility, strength, and balance exercises you can use to improve performance, speed recovery, and keep running for life.

Dr. Erin Kennedy Dalisay, PT, DPT, OCS
I’m a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist, running coach, and certified gait analyst with over a decade of experience helping runners stay strong and injury-free. My work specializes in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, with a focus on the unique needs of masters runners as they adapt to changes in strength, mobility, and recovery. I’ve guided hundreds of runners over 40 to return from injury, set personal bests, and keep running for life.
