I’m an Indigenous Running and Strength coach specializing in helping Masters and Menopausal athletes train smarter, build strength, and thrive in midlife and beyond.
After multiple surgeries, “temporary menopause,” and eventually a full hysterectomy due to Endometriosis, I was thrown into surgical menopause as a younger endurance athlete—with no roadmap. With no role models or guidance, I had to learn how to rebuild speed, endurance, and strength in a body without its own hormones. That journey not only led to my own healing but also made me the resource I wish I’d had.
Menopause isn’t the end—it’s a new chapter of adaptation and possibility. I coach with an evidence-based approach that prioritizes strength, longevity, and sustainable training. My goal is to help athletes shift the narrative around menopause, moving beyond outdated myths to thrive in this season of life.
Whether you’re chasing a PR, rebuilding after a setback, or learning to trust your body again, I’m here to guide you with knowledge, strategy, and a deep respect for your journey.
