Race 4 A Chance All October Long

The whole month of October Run For Jacob's Chance.

Jacob's Chance is hosting a month-long virtual race to raise awareness for our mission and raise financial support to ensure our families never lack programs and opportunities. 

Race for youth and young adults with disabilities to have the chance to be included in the community without boundaries!  Jacob’s Chance enriches the lives of families by supporting youth and young adults with differing abilities, through inclusive programs that promote skill development and positive relationships. Jacob’s Chance believes that every person with disabilities should be empowered to succeed and recognize their unique abilities. Jacob’s Chance actively removes boundaries so hundreds of families can access all that RVA offers.

How are we going to make this happen?

We’re going virtual! You can track your progress in many different ways. Jacob's Chance will be using the RunGo app and you can run along with us by downloading the FREE app from your phone's app store!

You can download the app here in your phone's app store. Once downloaded, search for our Group to run our pre-planned routes with us! We will announce ahead of time which days we'll be running each route. 

If you want to track your progress on your own, use the health app in your phone or any smartwatch. 

To Submit your miles go to the race page found on our website, select the profile icon on the top right corner to go to YOUR profile page. Click on "profile" and then "submit virtual results". Then click "submit activity". Do this each time you run, and watch those miles add up! 

Registration for the event is $40. With each runner registered and each dollar donated, we get closer to our donation goal of $10,000!
