4:00 - 7:00 PM: packet pick-up at Final Gravity Brewing Co in Lakeside

Thursday, November 27

12:00 AM: Virtual event starts, results submission window opens

7:30 AM: packet pick-up at Bryan Park shelter #3

8:30 AM: Kids Run Starts

9:00 AM: 10k Starts

9:30 AM: 5k Starts

Sunday, November 30

11:59 PM: Virtual Turkey Trot ends, virtual results submission window closes.

EVENT RULES

The minimum age to participate in the Turkey Trot 5k or 10k is 6 years old on or before race day.

This is a walker, jogger, runner, everything in between friendly. Strollers are allowed, but we ask that you start at the back. Be careful passing and coming up on your fellow participants.

There is a two and a half (2.5) hour time limit for the 10k which is about a pace of 19 minute per mile and the 5k has a 2 hour time limit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All entry fees and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Registrations CANNOT be deferred to the next year. Registrations can only be transferred to another runner via the wait list after the race has sold out. If we catch you transferring a bib to another runner without permission, you will be banned. In the event of postponements, cancellation, format update, event updates, and/or if you are unable to participate for any reason there will be no refunds, transfers (to another race or person), and/or deferrals.
