Join our FREE virtual or in-person training groups for our goal race of the Richmond 8k/half/full marathons on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Registered participants will receive weekly emails from their respective distance coaches and/or Dr. Ally Bowersock, co-owner and programming director of RunAbout Sports Roanoke.
Also, register for daily workouts sent straight to your inbox with the Inner Athlete Strength & Conditioning program! This add-on is optional, and workouts will be geared toward completion in under 20 minutes/day. It is recommended that registered participants have access to barbell equipment and/or "heavy" dumbbells. This program is for athletes with some resistance training experience, are not experiencing any significant joint pain or limited range of motion, and are not currently in supervised medical care i.e. physical therapy.
