About the Venue and Area
Wilderness Adventure is the perfect basecamp for a weekend of exploring the remote and beautiful roads of Craig County and the Jefferson National Forest. The roads are secluded and remote, cell service is slim to none, and you are more likely to see wildlife than people. Despite the remoteness, all of the roads on our shorter courses are in excellent condition. The gravel roads on the Saturday 55-mile route and the Sunday 32-mile route are more rugged. Riders tackling Bald Mountain on Sunday should be comfortable with long, fast, and potentially rough descents.
Camping and Lodging
Wilderness Adventure has multiple options for you to choose from to enjoy a weekend of adventure with your gravel friends. Camp, rent a cabin, or book a room in their lodge.
