Autism Society Tidewater Virginia's mission is to create connections, empowering everyone in the Autism community with the resources needed to live fully. Run, walk, or volunteer to help us create a positive impact and raise awareness for the Autism community. Together, we can make a difference—one step at a time.
Wave Start Schedule
To help improve course flow and provide a better race experience, Surfer’s Healing is implementing paced wave starts this year. Participants will begin in the following order:
8:00 a.m. – Competitive Wave Start
8:05 a.m. – Athlete Duo Wave Start (including Team Hoyt and Ainsley’s Angels participants)
8:10 a.m. – Main Wave Start
These staggered start times are designed to enhance safety, reduce course congestion, and create a smoother experience for all athletes. Please arrive at the starting area early and be prepared to begin with your assigned wave.
