Description
Ready to see Waynesboro from a whole new perspective? Corkscrew Racing and Basic City Beer Co. are mixing things up a bit and have created a course that combines some road running, a bit of hill climbing, and a dose of trail! Just under 3 miles, the course climbs 300' to the highest point in Waynesboro - the future home of Sunset Park. Here you can take in the 360-degree panoramic view of the Shenandoah Valley. From the top you will dart into the woods for a twisting trail run (or hike) back down the mountain to a fun, sunset post-race party at Basic City. Did we tell you? A portion of the race proceeds will go to the Sunset Park building fund. Walker-friendly.
