Race Title: The Vermont Remembers Run 5k and 11k walk/run and 11k Ruck

Time: Start 9:11am
Cost: $25/person and Proceeds will go to the Vermont Charitable Foundation
Run either the 5k or the 11k, while cheering on the Ruck Teams! The course will go from the Fallen Heroes Memorial on Camp Johnson through parts of Colchester, and will end back at the Memorial.
Water stops and port-a-lets will be on the course.
The first 150 registered runners will receive a commemorative tech shirt, so sign up early! All runners receive a medal and an entry to the raffle at the end of the race.

Ruck Team Challenge: Awards for (a) Most spirit and Esprit De Corps (b) Fastest Ruck Team (c) Most team members on a team, (d) Most creative team name
Participants of the ruck challenge must start and finish with the same amount of team members. For civilians who want to join in the ruck fun, please have each team member register, and click the questions button to let the race committee know that you are doing a ruck. Please include the team member's names. You will be given one number for the entire team. The rules are each ruck must be 35 lbs, and everyone must finish together for the score to count. National guard teams and cadets can register by clicking the questions button.
The race begins and ends at the Fallen Heroes Memorial on Camp Johnson (789 Vermont National Guard Road, Colchester, VT 05446). All events are open to the public.
