Poultney Maplefest 5K Fun Run

The Poultney Maplefest 5K Fun Run is an event for all levels of runners. From the serious time crunchers, to those who enjoy a nice walk and kids. We are going to put on a fun race for all with prizes for many of the top finishers in each division. We will also be having many door prizes which can be won by any who enter the race. With a light registration fee this is a 5k very much worth the money. All proceeds go to the Poultney Area Chamber Of Commerce.

Registrations accepted in advance by mail or online or register in person on race day, March 23, 2019.

Awards for the top 3 in many different categories. Categories include: m/f under 16, m/f 16-30, m/f 30-40, m/f 40-50, m/f 50-60, and m/f 60+. Special prizes will be given to the youngest runner, the oldest runner, and the person who came from furthest away to run.  Additional door prizes drawn from all those who run.

​The Maplefest Celebration takes over the town of Poultney with fun activities for the whole family including: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, Big Craft Fair from 10am - 3pm, lots of Vendors, Horse & Wagon Rides, Story Hour at the Poultney Public Library, Sap Raffle Special, Foods, and a Maple Dinner at 5:00pm at the Young at Heart Senior Center.
