IMPORTANT UPDATE: IT'S SAD, BUT TRUE...

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, athletes, staff and volunteers very seriously. On the recommendation of state leaders we have made the difficult decision not to hold the live West River Trail Run. We will miss seeing you in person, and although the race cannot take place as originally planned, we do have options for you!

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Everyone who registered for the in person race will still receive a swag bag with their event t-shirt, and we are allowing transfers into our virtual race or you can defer to next year's event. Swag pick options at the postponed packet pickup.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE?

A virtual race is a race where you run the same distance on your own, and report your times to us. Instructions with details about postponed swag pick up/delivery options, the virtual event, and reporting virtual results will be emailed to you soon.

HOW DO I TRANSFER TO THE VIRTUAL RACE?

Log into your RunSignUp.com, Go to PROFILE > MANAGE REGISTRATION > TRANSFER EVENT, and then register for the virtual event FREE of charge.

HOW DO I DEFER TO NEXT YEAR'S EVENT?

Log into RunSignup.com > PROFILE > UPCOMING EVENTS > MANAGE REGISTRATION > Click DEFER REGISTRATION.

On the Defer Registration page , you will be shown your Deferral Information and Total Payment. Please confirm the information is correct and accurate. You can confirm deferral by clicking on the "Confirm Deferral" button.

Here Are Your Options:

Defer to next year - I will FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE to defer my registration to next year.

Switch to virtual race - I will FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE to transfer myself to the Virtual Event

COURSE: Choose your course: on the road, in the park, on the trail, or even on your treadmill!

Choose your virtual pace! Whether you run, walk, jog, skip, or jump, what matters is that you are supporting The Collaborative. The Collaborative promotes the development of a healthy, involved community by supporting substance free youth in a caring environment. This FUNdraiser will help support our long-standing community programs AND those who have been impacted by COVID-19.
