Parking
Just added - You can park in the vacant lot at 6580 Auto Center Dr. This area will not be directly affected by the course so if you need to leave right away this will allow you to quickly jump on the freeway at Johnson Dr. This lot is about a 5 minute walk to the start area (walk on Auto Center Dr and turn left on Hofer.)
Toyota will generously open up their lower lot for participants, which has over 100 spots. You can access access this parking lot by traveling Eastbound off King St. We expect this lot to fill up by 7:15am. Please note the route runs in front of this lot and if you park here you may not be able to leave until 9:20am. By parking in this lot you agree you to the following:
Please review the attached parking map below. Assume parking will take up to 20 minutes. All parking on King will likely be filled by 7am. There are lots of industrial lots in the area with parking (just pay attention to any no parking signs). There is a decent amount of street parking available. See attached.
Westbound King (heading towards the Ventura Harbor) will be closed as will Eastbound Auto Center Dr (Leland St) between Perkins and Golf Center Dr.
If you are only coming for the 1K expect delays because the 5K will be going on. Do not try to use King Dr if you are only coming for the 1K.
