Fuel up before the big event by joining the Kids Tri Athletes, their friends, and families for a delicious pasta dinner!
Eating pasta before an athletic competition helps athletes maximize their energy stores, ensuring peak performance the following day!
The menu includes pasta with your choice of marinara or alfredo sauce, meatballs, a garlic bread stick, salad, fresh fruit, a cookie, and water & lemonade.
*Gluten-free pasta is available upon request.

Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025 - (During the Kids Tri Expo)
Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Cost: $10 per person

Follow these steps to add the Pasta Dinner ticket(s) to your registration:
- Sign in to RunSignUp.
- Go to your Profile.
- View your events under Upcoming Events.
- Click "Manage Registration" next to the event you are editing.
- Select the "Add-On" menu item located at the top or left of the race page.
- Edit the quantity and pay the $10 fee!
- Click "Continue" and add your payment information.
