Do you find joy in meeting and interacting with new people? Are you someone who is quick to smile, warm, and friendly? This role is for you! Greet participants as they arrive on site and help them check-in. You'll also help distribute event shirts and bibs to runners/walkers as they arrive.

Details

Help set up tables, and then set out and fill cups with water for the participants. This set up begins immediately after the run/walk begins, as the fastest runners will be done in as little as 25 minutes. Help ensure that cups get into waste bins and that the water station area is clean and ready for the next park users. Must be able to lift approximately 8 pound gallons of water, repeatedly, to fill cups.

Assist event staff in getting the site ready for the run/walk; set up tables or pop-up tents; put out signage along the route. Welcome participants and enjoy connecting to answer general questions for participants and then cheer them on as they run/walk their way to better health and a stronger community! Afterwards, we go in reverse and take it all down.
