Help set up before the 5K on Saturday morning! Tasks may include assisting with tents, tables, equipment, snacks or water, etc.

Finish Line Crew

Cheer on participants as they cross the finish line! Tasks may include passing out water or snacks, keeping finish chute clear, directing finishers to cool-down yoga session, etc.

Clean Up Crew

Details

Help pack up and clean up after the event! Tasks include taking down tents and tables, loading supplies and equipment, trash removal, and general clean up.

Course Guide

Keep participants safe and on the right path as a Course Guide! Cheer on runners and walkers as they pass by and provide directional support along the course. Be sure to arrive early enough to walk/run/bike to your designated course location!

Course Sweeper

Details

Help keep participants safe & our trails clean as a Course Sweeper! As the official caboose of the Love a Nurse 5K, volunteers will make sure all participants reach the finish line safely. Volunteers will also take down course markings and signs.
