Set up Aid Station and hand out pre-race snacks for runners and coffee and sweet rolls for volunteers. Two people can sign up for a shift.

Shift 1: 7:30am check in, set up table, stay until 12:00pm
Shift 2: 11:00 pizza pick up to 3:00pm Daylodge
Shift 3: 12:00 until 3:30pm to help clean up table
