Color Throwers at a 5K are responsible for tossing colored powder at participants as they pass designated stations along the race route. Their role adds a fun, vibrant element to the event. Key responsibilities include Throw powder at runners as they pass, ensuring it’s safe and spaced out, having fun! If we are low on Course Marshal's on the day off the Color Throwers will be a Course Marshal for the beginning of the race.

Water Station Volunteers at a 5K provide hydration and support to participants. Their responsibilities include, Handing Out Water, Prepare the water station with enough supplies for all participants, Collect discarded cups and keep the area clean and safe for runners.
