Water attendents Medium Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Work at one of the two water stations on course. Fill up water cups and pass them out to thirsty runners. Clean up trash dropped by runners.

Course Health Workers Medium Priority

Details

Ride along course making sure all runners are ok. Transport runners back who cannot finish. Collect signs at end of race.

Race set up crew High Priority

Details

Put out cones to set up track in DBC parking lot, out to road and all the way to red light. Setting up cones to block off one lane of traffic for runners. Putting out the three different mile signs.

Helping people know where bathrooms are. Making sure sponsors have whatever they need.

Race attendents Medium Priority

Details

Race Attendents will be at each turn of the race. Their mission is 1. Point out the way to go to all runners. 2. Encourage runners. 3. Be energetic.

They can bring a chair to rest. They can also drive their car and park on in a spot that will not hinder runners.
