Water Stop

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help set up the table, water cups, and water. Help with handing out water to the runners. Once the race is over, help take down the table, pick up trash, and general area cleanup.

Food Table

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Monitor food table so that every runner has the opportunity to get post race food. Help cleanup the post race food area after the event ends including preparing food containers, picking up trash, and table breakdown.

Barrier Placement

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help place traffic barriers at each location along the route. Barrier placement will begin at 9:15 and MUST be completed by race time at 9:30.

Traffic Control & Race Course Security

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

Stand at barriers along the course and control the flow of traffic. Monitor the barriers to ensure no motorists ignore or move any traffic barriers. Direct traffic flow to avoid vehicles entering the race route during the race.

Provide a watchful eye along the race route to ensure all children have a safe and fun run.

Course trash cleanup

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Once the event has ended, travel along the race route and pick up any and all trash that was left behind.
