Details

The majority of the athletes will arrive to the race venue on Friday. Once they get their camp sites all set up they will come over to the venue to pick up their packet. You will be assigned a Bin Category. Athletes will show their ID and tell you their Team name (If on a team) You will hand them their Bike Plate and send them to pick up their T-Shirts.

Ah yes...you are done with the event and are still needing to get some extra energy out - perfect. Hop in and help us tear down the venue and tidy up so that we can leave the venue as we found it. Speed is not all that important as much as organizing things, labeling and ensuring we can unpack it easily and keep things tidy!
