10K Course sweeper High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

The sweeper will be walking at the end of the pack. The sweeper will finish with the last participant to ensure everyone is done. He/She will be also picking up signage along the course and set them up at key locations.

Half Marathon sweeper High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Registration setup and refreshment/ snack setup Medium Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Responsible to assist with handing out bib numbers and swag to participants. After events start, runner refreshments needs to be setup and maintained during the event. Set up time 30 minutes before packet pickup opens until last runners finishes.

Bus check in and swag give out

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

You will be responsible to check in all participants as they load the bus, this task starts approximately at 6 am until 715am.

Once the race starts you will help a the swag table handing out the swag for each participant.
