Help set up the finish line and finish line festival the day before the race. Help set up tables/chairs booths etc. Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs. The task starts at 11 am Friday, March 1st and ends the same day at 3 pm

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up Friday High Priority

Help check-in participants and distribute shirts the DAY PRIOR to the race.
Runners will begin to arrive around 4 pm the day BEFORE the race on Friday, March 1st. We need help distributing race bibs and t-shirts. The task will begin at 3 pm and end at 730 pm

Race Day Finish Line Medals/Water

Arrive by 6am March 2, 2024. Task ends at 11am.
Help setup finish line water tables and snacks. Help unwrap and distribute finisher medal and manage the crowd around the start/finish line.

Race Day Clean-up Crew High Priority

Details

Arrive by 930am March 2, 2024. Task ends at Noon or once everything is cleaned-up.
Help clean up trash and debris from the area. Help take down tables and pack vans with equipment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
