Volunteers will help manage the raffle table, answer questions, and assist participants with raffle ticket purchases and entries.

Duties may include:

• Selling raffle tickets
• Accepting payments
• Answering questions about raffle prizes
• Helping organize raffle tickets and prizes
• Keeping the raffle area neat and organized
• Assisting with the raffle drawing/winner process

Snack and Water Crew High Priority

• Assisting with day-of registration
• Answering basic event questions
• Directing participants to the start line, restrooms, water, or other event areas
• Keeping the registration area organized

Help welcome volunteers as they arrive, get them checked in, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be.

Duties may include:

• Checking volunteers in as they arrive
• Directing volunteers to their assigned positions
• Answering basic questions and providing instructions
• Checking in with volunteer areas throughout the morning
• Helping find coverage if someone is late or unable to make it
• Communicating volunteer needs to the event organizers
