We will be using the dynamic bib assignment system for this race. Packet Pick Up involves using a tablet to assign bibs to participants. Depending on the shift, you may also be helping with t-shirt distribution.

Details

We will have tables set up for volunteers in this role, along with supplying the water jugs and cups. We will also have pitchers that volunteers can use to fill the cups if they find that to be easier. Volunteers should fill the cups up about 80% of the way. This job is pretty much non-stop until the Fun Run is over. Fun Run participants tend to need the most water.

We will have the Fun Run finisher ribbons in a box by the finish line next to the timer, Greg. Volunteers have the honor of handing out finisher ribbons to Fun Run participants with bibs when they cross the finish line.

Race Clean Up

Details

Volunteers in this role will take on the final task of race morning: race clean up. We will work together to break down the course, clean up the awards area, pack up any remaining food, clear the packet pickup area, disassemble water tables, pick up the mile markers, and pack up the finish line area.
