Race Start/Finish High Priority

Details

Shift: 6:30am - 9:30am.

1 mandatory volunteer zoom meeting ahead of the race.

Help with day-of registration: t-shirt and bib pick-ups. Pass out inflatable donuts before the race and donuts to racers when they cross the finish line.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Race Course High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Shift: 7:30am - 10:30am.

1 mandatory volunteer zoom meeting ahead of the race.

Help racers stay on course. Wear a donut costume and cheer them on at the crucial turns! Help with the water and snack turnaround station.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Donut Festival

Car Parking Low Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Shift 1: 7:00am - 10:00am
Shift 2: 10:00am - 1:00 pm

1 mandatory volunteer zoom meeting ahead of the race.

Help manage the main drive-through entrance to the Fun Run & Festival. The first shift will direct vendors on how to drive-up/drop-off and park. Collect parking fees.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Bike Parking

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Shift 1: 7:00am - 10:00am
Shift 2: 10:00am - 1:00 pm

1 mandatory volunteer zoom meeting ahead of the race.

Help manage the bike parking at the festival. Manage the sign-in/sign-out sheet, ensure that bikes are tagged with numbers and bike owners leave with matching tags. Ensure that people leave with the bikes they came with.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Donut Fun Run Info Booth

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Shift 1: 8:00am - 11:00 am
Shift 2: 9:00am - Noon
Shift 3: 10:00am - 1:00 pm

Help manage the main Donut Fun Run & Festival information booth at the festival. Answer questions. Offer minor first-aid. Sell Donut Fun Run merchandise.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Kids Play Area

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Shift: 11:00am - 1:30 pm

1 mandatory volunteer zoom meeting ahead of the race.

Help manage the kids play area. Ensure that the age limits are being followed. Supervise the area to ensure for crowd control and size.

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.

Clean Up High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Shift 1:00pm - 3:00 pm

Help us clean-up after the event! Take down directions, put away chairs, move garbage and recycling carts to the central containers, sweep. We need a clean-up crew!

All volunteers will be given a free Donut Fun Run t-shirt, free lunch, donuts, and beverages.
