Your job is to be a the split where the 5k turns towards the finish line and direct 5k runners towards the finish.

Aid station 2 (near Robie Point)

Details

Runners come through this aid station twice, once on their way out at mile 5.8 and then at 7.8.

All volunteers will also get a medal and a swag of choice.

Aid station 1

Details

Your aid station is at mile 4.6, your task is to help runners as they come through your aid station. Our event is a cupless race which means that runners must provide you with cups at the aid stations and you help them fill them up quickly so they can move forward.

All volunteers will also get a medal and a swag of choice.

Finish Line Soup/Beverages

Help with finish line food and drink area including serving soup and other beverages.

Details

Help with packet pick up at Auburn Aid Station on December 31st from 11am - 4:30pm. All volunteers will also get a medal and a swag of choice.

Sweeping

Details

Your task is run behind the last runner and pick up the course markings as you go along. Volunteer coordinator will send out details as to sweeper assignments the week prior to the race.

Course Marking

December 31, 2023

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Course marking will occur the day before the event (December 31st). We will provide you with a gpx file that you can follow in your phone to make sure you stay on route. Total distance is 6-7 miles. Volunteer coordinator will send out details as to sweeper assignments the week prior to the race.

All volunteers will also get a medal and a swag of choice.
