Bring the energy and help keep our runners moving! Aid station volunteers will help set up the station, provide water, electrolytes and fuel to runners, cheer them on, and help keep the area clean and organized.

We'll provide the aid station supplies and instructions. Pick up supplies at Wild Runners @ 7:00 am before heading to an assigned aid station. Come ready to encourage some runners!

Aid Station Crew — 8:00-10:30 am High Priority

Details

Keep the support going for our half marathon and 18+ mile runners as they make their way through the later miles of their training run. Volunteers will provide hydration and fuel, cheer on runners, keep the station organized, and help break down the aid station at the end of the shift.

Help us get runners ready to go! Volunteers will welcome participants, check runners in, answer basic event questions, and help direct runners to the warm-up and start area. Expect this to be a busy, high-energy shift as runners arrive.

Volunteer Check-In & Supply Pick-Up (6:00 - 7:30 AM) High Priority

Help our volunteers get where they need to go! You'll check in aid station volunteers, distribute supplies and equipment, confirm everyone has what they need, and help direct volunteers to their assigned locations.

This role is especially important first thing in the morning as we get all of our aid stations up and running.

Finish Line & Post-Run Support (10:00 - 12:00 PMish)

Details

Welcome runners back to Wild Runners and help us finish the morning strong! Volunteers will help direct returning runners, replenish food and refreshments, keep the finish area organized, and assist with cleanup as the event winds down.
