Greeters will wear green bowler festive hats provided by Jenn Garrison and will be given a clipboard that has both the registration QR code and a small stack of bibs. With the mobile Check-in app installed on your phone, you can check-in participants who registered the night before or morning of (no tshirt option). If a person registered before Friday, then direct them to the Welcome Tent's Event Check In lines to get their tshirt and bib.
Registration/event check in from 7:30 - 8:30 am.
Kiddie Race at 8:30 am
5k and 10k Runners: 9:00 am
5k Fun Walk: 9:05 - 9:15 (released in waves)
Location
Around the Welcome Tent - directing people to check-in (if pre-registered before Friday 3/15), to coffee, selfie banner, providing information as to when the events will start, etc.
