At Welcome Tent - finding t-shirt packets for the other volunteers checking in participants.

Registration/event check in from 7:30 - 8:30 am.
Kiddie Race at 8:30 am
5k and 10k Runners: 9:00 am
5k Fun Walk: 9:05 - 9:15 (released in waves)

Noyo Headlands (Cypress Street entrance), Welcome Tent

Water Stations - 5k, 10k turnaround, and finish line High Priority

Details

5k Water station will also have Westport Fire side-by-side and paramedic. Second side by side staged at Glass Beach. For the 10k turnaround water station hosts, please call John Huff at 707-734-3611 if someone on the route needs assistance. John will been in communication with the Glass Beach side by side and the ambulence staged onsite.

Details

Greeters will wear green bowler festive hats provided by Jenn Garrison and will be given a clipboard that has both the registration QR code and a small stack of bibs. With the mobile Check-in app installed on your phone, you can check-in participants who registered the night before or morning of (no tshirt option). If a person registered before Friday, then direct them to the Welcome Tent's Event Check In lines to get their tshirt and bib.

Around the Welcome Tent - directing people to check-in (if pre-registered before Friday 3/15), to coffee, selfie banner, providing information as to when the events will start, etc.
