Distribution High Priority

Help distribute our flyers to Churches and Businesses PRIOR to the event! We will send you the flyers as well as suggested businesses in your area to distribute. Getting the word out is very important!

Registration High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Assist with participants checking-in or registering from 7am-8am. You would need to arrive at the park by 6:45.

Set-up High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help us set-up at 6am and/or pack-up at 10:30am.

Water and Snack Station High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

The water station on the course provides drinks to runners half way through the route. You would need to be at the Park no later than 7:30 so you can get to the Water Station.
The Snack Station is for participants after the course is completed. You would need to be present before the race begins at 8am.

Course Monitor High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 7 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

You will be either stopping traffic so runners can pass by safely (3 locations) or positioned on the course to cheer the runners. You can make and bring a sign to encourage them also. Bring a chair, hat and cell phone. You will need to be at the Park to check no later than 7:30 so we can get you to your spot on the course before the race begins.

Activities Station High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

You will monitor the inflatables and other family-fun games to be sure everyone is safe as they participate in the activities. You will need to be present by 7:00 as participants and spectators arrive.
