10K Run
5K Run/Walk
RUNNERS OF ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Join us for the 4TH ANNUAL RUN FOR THE HEALTH OF IT race. Great for families, friends, and co-workers who want to challenge themselves in this fun outdoor event. ALL AGES are welcome to RUN or WALK to the finish line to support the essential work and services provided by the Grandview Foundation. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about the connection between physical and mental health, especially among those struggling with addiction. We have seen a tremendous increase in recovery when physical exercise is included in the recovery process.
RegistrationWE RUN FOR HEALTH AND A BETTER LIFE!
Since 1969, Grandview Foundation has been providing addiction recovery treatment to underserved adults, regardless of their ability to pay, through residential, outpatient, sober living, and mental health services in a cooperative community setting that advocates participation in wellness programs. WHY RUN? Running offers physical and psychological health benefits to those fighting addiction. Most people who struggle with dependency seek ways of relieving pain or stress. Running provides an alternate, healthier method of relief and mood boost that helps suppress drug cravings and reduce temptations to relapse, in addition to helping with other health problems caused by addiction. We are proud to run together for health and increasing awareness, community, and funding for Grandview Wellness Programs.
