Saturday Bike Ride Flagger Volunteers High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Bike Ride Volunteer Flaggers will be placed at strategic spots along the course to caution and/or direct the riders to upcoming turns and critical spots along the way.

The flaggers will be supplied with the proper signage at those critical areas.

Volunteers 18 yrs. or older only unless minors can be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Note: Bike Ride Flaggers at the START/FINISH Line will pick up a lunch ticket when they check in at the Volunteer Booth in the Chinatown Plaza.

Bike Ride Flaggers in the field will be provided lunch at the nearest REST STOP location.

Saturday Event Set-up High Priority

Details

Volunteers will assist with setting up booths/barricades/signs, clean-up and other tasks as needed in the booth expo area.

Must be physically able to lift 20 pounds.

Volunteers will assist in the check-in process and assignment of race bibs. May also assist with the distribution of Goodie Bags and T-shirts.

Volunteers may assist with onsite registration the day of the event.

*Volunteers are requested to not bring backpacks to the registration volunteering area.
