Event Day Registration High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be needed to help distribute race day bibs to participants.
You must have an eye for detail and be able to use a Chromebook.
You will be checking ID when runners arrive to verify they are the person on the registration, marking the back of the bib with their shirt size, and helping answer race day questions

T-Shirts Distribution Medium Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will help with race day distribution of t-shirts. You must have an eye for detail and be able to lift 25lbs.
You may need to lift and open the boxes of shirts. You will be checking the back of the participant bibs to check for size and mark off that they already received a shirt.
Wear comfortable/casual clothing. You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event. Water and snacks will be available.

Finish Line Staging Medium Priority

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to unpack and display medals, hand our medals to finishers, set up and pass our race day refreshments. You should be able to lift 25lbs
Wear comfortable/casual clothing. You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event. Water and snacks will be available.

Course Supervision

At least 30 more volunteers needed.

Volunteers will be needed to stand at various points along the course to direct participants
Wear comfortable/casual clothing. You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event. Water and snacks will be available.

Location

Various location throughout the course. You will be assigned an location when you check in.

Water Station High Priority

At least 25 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to distribute water along the course to runners and be the very best cheerleaders they have ever seen. This is great for small groups who want to be out on course and part of the action.
Wear comfortable/casual clothing. You will be outside, wear sunscreen and a hat. You will be provided with a safety vest that you will return at the end of the event. Water and snacks will be available.

Clean Up Crew High Priority

At least 15 more volunteers needed.

Details

Not an early riser but still want to help? This is perfect for you! Arrive by 9 am and help with break down the expo area and clean up from the event. Many hands make for light work!
