Registration Packet Pick up

Details

Volunteers will help participants pick up race items prior to event. This job interacts directly with participants so volunteers should have good communications and technology skills. Some standing will be required but for the most part packet pickup volunteers will sit.

Water Station

Details

Volunteers will hand out fluid and food along the course to participants. Volunteers should be able lift light loads and stand for about an hour and a half

Course Monitors

Details

Volunteers will help participants along the course to identify course directions. Volunteers should be energetic and ready to cheer on participants. Though not required it is suggested that course monitors carry a cell phone to call for assistance should a participant need aid.

Post Race Food and Water

Hand out medals to all finishers - 5K medal. May require long periods of standing and rotating during the finish.
