Assist at the finish line to make participants feel celebrated and refreshed:

Distribute snacks and water to finishers.
Hand out medals to participants as they cross the finish line.
Keep the finish line area organized and clean.
Cheer on finishers and provide encouragement as they complete their race!

Support runners along the course by:

Meeting with the Water Station Lead to receive instructions.
Setting up cups of water and Gatorade for easy access.
Handing out drinks to runners as they pass by.
Encouraging and cheering on participants to keep them motivated.

Assist participants at the registration area by:

Checking in runners as they arrive.
Handing out race bibs, safety pins, and event materials.
Answering questions about the event and providing guidance.
Ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process.

Gear Check

Details

Help runners store their personal items securely and return them after the race:

Accept and label participants’ belongings at the gear check station.
Organize items for easy retrieval.
Return items to participants when they finish the race
