Details

Located at Lagunitas Brewing in Petaluma. You will be checking in runners the day before the race. They will have their information on their phone & will need to provide an ID/Drivers License. Once verified, provide them with their race packet (bib, etc.) and their race shirt. Registration categories include Half Marathon, 10K, 3k and Beer Mile.

You will assist with directing runners and festival participants to a parking spot in our assigned parking lot locations.

Details

Located in the Barlow Event Space, you will assist with NEW sign-ups for runners and/or festival participants on the day of the race. Additionally, if runners would like to change their race, for example from the IPA 5k to the Half Marathon, they may do so at this location.

Once registered, provide runners with their race packet (bib, etc.) and their race shirt. Registration categories include Half Marathon, 10K, 3k and Beer Mile.
Beerfest and Winefest participants will receive tickets to enter the festival area.

RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP

Located in the 15 x 15 tent in the Barlow Event Space. You will be checking in runners on the morning of the race. Details

Located in the Barlow you will be a much needed flex volunteer who can assist with just about anything. Whether it be assistance on the course, or at an aid station, you will be a huge help at the very start of the day to take care of those last few items.

Located in the Barlow, you will check bags for runners prior to each race. At the completion of each race, runners will return to your location and collect their bag from you.

BREWFEST & WINEFEST TASTING GLASS DISTRIBUTION

Details

Located in the Barlow Event Space, you will provide all Beerfest and Winefest registrants with their event branded glass to enjoy the festival. Festival participants must present their ticket to receive a branded glass.

COURSE MONITOR

Located along the route of each race for the entirety of each race, you will ensure that runners are staying on course and that cars are not interfering with the flow and safety of the races.

AID STATIONS

Details

Located along the route of each race for the entirety of each race, you will provide aid to runners who need assistance whether medical assistance, a need for food, water and/or electrolytes.

BREAKDOWN & CLEAN UP

Located in the Barlow event space, you will assist with breaking down the event race items and with cleaning up the Barlow Event Space to leave a tidy Barlow location.

Located in the Barlow event space, your position is key to the success of the day. You will assist our medical team as they attend to needs that come up throughout the race.
