Water Stop High Priority

Details

Arrive no later than 6:30am to set up the water stating at about 1.5 mile mark. Materials will be delivered to spot for you. You will hand out water and make sure all trash is in trash cans. Materials will be picked up for you from the site.

Setting up Mile Markers High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive no later than 530am to place water stop materials and mild markers for the 3k and 5k out on the course.

Snack Station High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive no later than 6am to set up the post race water/snack station. You will be serving pumpkin pie, apple pie, bananas and bottled water. Clean up snack station after race. All will be completed no later than 9am.

Start line setup

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive no later than 5am to help set up the start line area. Put up sponsor posters, iventory pumpkins to be given out, set up the Easy Up etc.

Race Day Packet Pick up

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Arrive no later than 5am to set up/man the packet pick race day statiion

Packet Pickup Friday 9/30 3-5pm High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Sole 2 Soul on Friday 9/30 3-5pm, help with handing out swag/bibs and registering any new runners/walkers.

Packet Pickup Friday 9/30 5-7pm High Priority

Course Attendants High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Be on the course no later than 7:15am. Stay at assigned spot making sure runners stay on course until last runner/walker is through. (Will end no later than 8:30am)

Medal Attendant High Priority

Details

Hand out medals to kids and adults at the finish line.

Pumpkin Guard High Priority

Details

Sit and handout pumpkin to Kids Race Runners and keep others from taking the pumpkins.

Pick Up Pies-Costco High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Pick up pies from Costco on Friday 9/30 and deliver to available refrigerators (TBD) and then to race on Saturday 10/1 by 6:30am

Master of Ceremonies High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Announce runners crossing finish line, do verbal thanks to sponsors. Keep up the energy of the race.

Pick up water/forks/napkins/plates High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Pick up water 350bottles and plates/napkins/forks from Walmart or Smart and Final and deliver to race on 10/1 by 6:30am.
