You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Stand there to welcome people, give out pre made registrant packs, create new ones based on walk ups, register people, make sure they sign waivers, take payments of many forms, etc...

Beginning of race location, Weimar Institute Campus

Clean Up Crew

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Clean Up trash, tables, banners, items that were used returned to their location etc... once race is over.

Water Station

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

This would require handing out little cups of water to the runners and picking up trash left by them etc...

Weimar Institute campus along the trails.

Snack Bar

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

After the run there will be stations for light snacks, you will be refiling and making sure they get what they need with a friendly smile on you face and hardy good job!

Media

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Responsible for all speakers, mics, media etc needed for this event to happen. Music etc...

Parking and Traffic Control

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Helping direct people to park and control entrances and exits of the race. Maintain safety and help things to run smoothly, babe to answer questions and know what you are doing and what other should be doing.

Welcomers and Security

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Welcome people and keep things under control if anything needs watching or security.

Medical Staff

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Must be MEDICALLY CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA you will be there for any medical attention needed. You may run in the race with your medical paraphernalia but must be certified Thank you!
